As the Training and Support Specialist for USF SafetyFlorida, Thalia also handles vendor payment requests, travel authorization and expense reports, among many other duties. Her experience at USF has included data processing, assisting in telecommunications billing for the College of Public Health, coordinating teleconference meetings, supporting human resources functions, and maintaining HR databases.
Thalia has a BS in Business Management from USF. Prior to working at USF, Thalia worked in retail home furnishing sales, was a data processing assistant for a home healthcare agency, and was a front desk clerk for a national hotel chain.
