Jim Ulseth provides safety consultation to companies in the Tampa region. He has a Bachelor of Building Construction degree from the University of Florida College of Architecture. He has been vice president of Henry M. Butler, Inc., and was responsible for securing completed blueprints, estimating, customer relations, scheduling and project close outs. Later, as president of Wedgwood Contractors, Inc., he was responsible for assessing needs of clientele on residential and commercial projects, working with architects and engineers in the design phase, while also coordinating safety, negotiating contracts and estimating costs, securing permits, and managing the business enterprise. Immediately prior to joining USF SafetyFlorida Jim sold millwork to estate home builders. He holds a State of Florida Class A General Contractor license.
